Summer Program
Before School Program
For the 2022-2023 School Year:
Morning Program is offered at Edgewood and Parkview
Open (6:45am Edgewood; 7am Parkview) until the start of school
Cost varies depending on income qualifications
*You must fill out a membership form for the morning program!
The After School Program
Students will receive homework help, dinners and a snack, as well as participate in other fun activities. Our goal is to provide them with a fun and safe out-of-school environment.
Edgewood Schedule:
2:48-3:00 SNACK

3:00-3:45 POWER HOUR
BGCW provides all Club members with a space to complete homework, complete missing assignments, and do supplemental academic enrichment activities.
3:45-4:00 Transition in Cafeteria
4:00-4:30 PROGRAM OPTIONS
Club members have an opportunity to sign up for Club programs that they want to participate in each day. Examples include: Cooking Club, Photography Club, Smash Bros. Tournaments, Art Journaling
4:30-5:00 DINNER
5:00-5:45 RECREATION
Bus leaves
BGCW provides Club members will 45 minutes of physical activity each day.
5:45-6PM MEMBER CHOICE
The end of our program is less structured, allowing Club members to decide what they want to do in our Club space.
5th, 6th & 7th Grade
Boys & Girls Club of Wooster is open everyday after school at Edgewood from 2:45pm - 6pm.
The fee for this program varies depending on income qualifications
Sign-out and/or pick up is located at the Boys & Girls Club front desk. Enter the building under the blue arch with our hand-clasp logo.
Edgewood Club members come directly to the cafeteria to sign in
We do not need to be notified if your child is not coming.
Parkview Students
8th – 12th Grade
Meets at Wooster High School from 2:45 - 6:00 pm.
Fees for the Teen Center are dependent on income qualifications
Sign-in/out is located in the WHS library. All Teen Center members are able to sign themselves out at any point during Club hours. Once a Club member is signed out, they may not return. Teen members should come to Club by 3:00, unless attending a school sanctioned activity.
Kids DO NOT have to attend the full 4 hours. The Boys & Girls Club of Wooster has an open door policy, if students are attending a school sanctioned activity such as athletic practice or after school clubs they may sign in at the completion of that activity, however, once a child signs-out, they will not be allowed re-entry unless returning from a pre-approved activity.

How to Apply for Membership
Membership forms can be found on our website or picked up at any Club location.
There are several places you can turn in your forms:
- Boys & Girls’ Club office – located under the blue arch with our hand-clasp logo
- To any staff during Club hours
- Sent to the Club’s P.M.B. Box (please understand, this is not the fastest way to get your child signed up)
Membership Fees
There is a $15 annual membership fee required at the time of registration. Additional fees are outlined below.
