Registration is Open

Membership forms must be submitted one of two ways:

1) scan completed forms and email them to [email protected]

2) drop off completed forms at the Club at Edgewood Middle School.

Hours for drop off are 7am-10:45am and 1:45pm-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Up until August 2.

After that, you will need to scan and email the forms to us.
